Description
In this course students will learn and understand the neuromuscular adaptations the body undergoes as a result of whole body vibration training. With this knowledge they will examine the theory behind the development of all five periodized small group training programs, learn how to read the program notes, and implement critical coaching techniques geared for small group training with Power Plate.

Learning Objectives
- Learn and understand the neuromuscular adaptations of whole body vibration training.
- Understand the theory behind the development of Power Plate small group training.
- Learn to read the programming notes and understand the target audience for each of the five programs as well as the ideal coach for each of the five programs.
- Learn and practice the three step approach to coaching Power Plate small group training.
